CEO
As the namesake of the original owner of Phil and Lee’s Homes, Phil prides himself in carrying on the family tradition of excellent sales and personalized customer service. He started his career with Phil & Lee’s at the ripe age of five. From his early days as the unofficial “litter patrol” to his current role as sales person, Phil has worked in every aspect of the home building process. He uses his experience and attention to detail to find and design the perfect home to fit every customer’s need.
A lover of all things the Upper Peninsula has to offer, Phil and his wife, Sara, enjoy spending time serving their community and experiencing the splendors of nature and the beauty of the Great Lakes. Phil also enjoys spending time with his two grown children, teenage niece, and adorable grandchildren.
Sales Manager
As a fourth-generation family member of the Phil & Lee’s team, Philip is the go to person for our manufactured homes. Philip puts the customer first, makes sure to listen and help each customer build the home of their dreams. He and his wife, Bree, and their two children are lifelong residents of the Escanaba area. As a family, they love the four seasons we experience in the Upper Peninsula and especially enjoy golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter.
CFO/General Manager
Trish joined the Phil & Lee’s team beginning December 2021. She continuously helps organize and grow our team, while bringing a level of professionalism to the organization, that is passed on to our customers and contractors. Trish resides in Gladstone with her husband, 2 kids and 3 spoiled French bulldogs. In her spare time she enjoys camping, relaxing at their family cabin, and cheering her kids on year round at their sporting events.
Home Consultant
Carrie has nearly 20 years of sales experience and a true passion for home style and design. She and her husband, Andy, love hitting the golf course, exploring the beautiful Upper Peninsula and Northeast Wisconsin on road trips, rocking out at heavy metal concerts, and just unwinding at home with their guinea pigs, Scotty, Taco, and Nico!
Home Consultant
Ellie is a recent college graduate and brings an enthusiasm and perspective that is refreshing. As a lifelong resident of the Upper Peninsula, she especially enjoys the change of the seasons and fall colors. Her passion to succeed inspires her to do her very best at whatever she is doing. In her spare time, Ellie likes to visit her family in the Marquette area, spend time with friends, listen to music, play softball and see musicals (her fave is The Phantom of the Opera!).
Home Consultant
Dylan is one of the newest members of the Phil and Lee’s team, joining us in 2024. Dylan is a proud Escanaba native with a passion for family, fun, and adventure. Husband to wife, Tiffany, and father of three children, who enjoy the four seasons of the beautiful, Upper Peninsula of Michigan. In his time away from work, he enjoys golfing, riding motorcycles, and mixing tunes.
Dylan has a background in multiple industries including home remodeling, sales, and customer service. If you are looking to have some fun along the way, let Dylan use his diverse experience to make your home buying experience a hole in one.
Project Coordinator
Jenny is our superhero. She is the go-to person for all things project oriented and a key point of contact for our homeowners and contractors.
Jenny and her husband Brian live in Escanaba with their three children. She is the Co-founder and President of the U.P. Foster Closet of Delta County. In her downtime, Jenny enjoys volunteering, reading, traveling, kayaking, painting and working in her many flower gardens.
Construction Manager
The newest addition to our construction team, Jeff, comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the industrial industry with a focus on safety and has a background in construction.
Jeff and his wife, Joyce, live in Escanaba Township and have two adult children and one grandson (and some grandpups, too!)
In his free time Jeff enjoys hunting, camping, riding his Harley with Joyce, and spending time with family and friends.
Jeff is a State Certified Fire Fighter and is currently a member of Escanaba Township Fire Department.
He also has certifications in both Michigan and Wisconsin for Manufactured Home Installation.
Controller
Jessica has recently left the Public Accounting sector to join us in the day to day accounting operations. Jess lives in Escanaba with her 3 children. Her oldest is currently in the military and her twins are high school students. In her spare time she enjoys crafting, exploring the UP and making memories with her kids.
Virtual Assistant
Angelica is a virtual assistant at Phil and Lee’s Homes, supporting the accounting side of the business. She’s tech-savvy and passionate about exploring new technologies and gadgets, believing that technology should simplify life rather than complicate it. Angelica also has a Persian cat named Lucky, who keeps her company. Outside of work, she values quality time with family and friends, and enjoys outdoor activities, adventures, and traveling, always seeking new experiences in nature and in life.
Greeters Extraordinaire
Our official greeters and happiest of all at Phil & Lee’s are Tillie & Fred. From their excited hello to every customer & visitor, to their cuddles and love for our team, Tillie & Fred bring joy (and a little chaos) to the office. When they are not “at work”, they love to run in their yards and play with their families.
