PHIL LAMARCH
CEO
Phil continues the family legacy at Phil & Lee’s Homes, using his lifelong experience in the business to help customers design the right home for their needs.
Outside of work, he enjoys time in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula with his wife Sara, family, and grandchildren.
Home Consultant/Brand Manager
Carrie brings nearly 20 years of sales experience and a passion for home style and design. She enjoys golfing, road trips through the Upper Peninsula and Northeast Wisconsin, concerts, and relaxing at home with her guinea pigs.
Ellie Miller
Home Consultant
Recent college graduate Ellie brings fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the team. A lifelong resident of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, she enjoys the changing seasons and fall colors. In her free time, she visits family in Marquette, spends time with friends, listens to music, plays softball, and attends musicals.
Dylan Couillard

Project Coordinator
Morgan, originally from Brooklyn, Michigan, recently relocated to Wetmore and joined the Phil & Lee’s Homes team. She holds degrees in Business Administration, Executive Assistance, and Accounting.
Outside of work, she enjoys sewing and embroidery, and she is also a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo.
Andrea Couillard
Administrative Professional
Andrea has 15+ years of experience in office management, executive support, project coordination, customer service, and operations. She enjoys building strong relationships and creating positive experiences through professionalism, reliability, and communication. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, four-wheeler racing, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
Business Management Professional
Tyler DuBord is a business management professional with over two decades of experience leading operations, developing teams, and driving organizational efficiency. His career spans general management, corporate training, and marketing, including his role as General Manager of the House of Ludington. Tyler pairs broad management expertise with a genuine commitment to his two children and the Escanaba community.
Administrative Professional
Kimberly Baker is a part of our Administrative team at Phil and Lee’s Homes. With a lifetime of experience in administration, Kimberly serves as one of the first points of contact for our clients. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether she’s kayaking, exploring new places, or simply spending time on the water, she appreciates opportunities to connect with nature and embrace new adventures.
